Kyalanga13 is situated RIGHT ON the UMHLANGA BEACH; this lovely complex boasts lush green gardens, sparkling swimming pool (fenced off for kiddies) and several communal braai areas making it the perfect beach get away.

The apartment block has direct access onto the Umhlanga Promenade, the beach, famous Umhlanga Lighthouse, and of course the Umhlanga Shopping Village with its numerous restaurants, pubs, shops and entertainment spots.

Kyalanga13 is ideal for a family get away or for the corporate traveller looking for a few nights’ accommodation whilst doing business in the Durban area.

This lovely secure holiday apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms (Sleeps 6 only), 2 bathrooms, both bathrooms have baths with integrated showers inside the bath, lovely porcelain tiles throughout the flat, extra-large patio with table seating for 6, open plan lounge / dining room and kitchen (fully fitted & equipped) with all cutlery, crockery. Bed linen is provided with basic towels in the bathrooms. (Please bring your own beach towels)

Kyalanga13 is a mere 10 minute drive from the Sibaya Casino and the beautiful new Moses Mabhida Stadium and 5 minutes’ drive to the famous Gateway Theatre of Shopping. King Shaka International Airport in La Mercy is approximately 15 minutes’ drive (Traffic dependent)

The complex also has communal laundry and dryers for guests who want to do their washing (We also have a washing machine in the unit for added convenience). Kyalanga13 offers a daily cleaning service (Additional Charge R150.00 paid directly to the cleaner). Stays longer than 14 days will get two free cleans. The complex also has foot patrol security 24hours.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Unless otherwise agreed in writing, arrival commences from: ARRIVALS:- 4.00pm, DEPARTURE:- 09.00am sharp, this allows time for cleaning of the property between visitors.

We will never confirm arrival and departure times verbally if outside the above scope. If you require to check in or depart at a different time we will confirm only in writing.

CANCELLATION If you have to cancel your holidays please notify us in writing via e-mail or fax 0866 714 081 we will try to re-let the accommodation.

If the accommodation is re-let we will refund to you all monies paid less expenses involved in re-letting. The booking fee will be charged. If the property is not re-let, any outstanding balance of the Rent will become due.

Cancellation for any booking period must be received EIGHT weeks prior to occupation in order for us to try re-let. If the property is NOT re-let then you will not be refunded.

DEPOSITS We require a 50% deposit to be sent with the booking form in order to confirm a reservation. (Any booking within 8 weeks of arrival will required full payment upfront).

Reservations are not binding until the deposit is received and cleared funds are reflecting. Payments must be made in full before keys are handed over.

It is also recorded all properties booked out in December, January are to be paid in full 10 weeks prior to occupation. Cash is NOT accepted and you will never be asked to make cash payment/s.

We do charge a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT R1500.00 and a booking fee of R450.00

DEPOSITS All deposits are refunded within 5 business day period after the departure date, allowing inventory checks and cleaning of apartments. You will supply your full banking details on the booking form.

All damages are deducted from your security deposit. Deposits are not given back in the form of cash. (NOT NEGOTIABLE)

EXCLUSIONS We regret that, unless so agreed in writing, bookings cannot be accepted from groups of single persons under the age of 21. If agreed upon, you will be liable to pay a R5000.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

Terms and Conditions will be signed together with your Booking Form. Identity document to be included.
