This stylish, contemporary holiday home with stunning views of the Knysna Lagoon and Knysna Heads is perfectly appointed for those wishing for a beautiful venue from which to explore Knysna. Perched on the hillside of Paradise/Knysna Heights, it is only a few minutes drive from the town centre with its endless array of restaurants, coffee shops, waterfront entertainment and excellent shopping.

Accommodation is provided in 3 en suite double bedrooms with either twin or king beds (as per preference). In addition, there is a 2 sleeper bunk bed for children. Each of the 3 bedrooms opens out onto a private deck through stack doors. Two of the bedrooms are on the upper level, one with bath and shower, and the other with shower only. The third bedroom is on the lower level and has an en suite shower.

The living area is situated on the lower level and has an easy indoor/ outdoor flow from the pool area to the lounge, dining and kitchen area, and the multi - leveled decks. All these rooms open outdoors through concertina, fold back doors and the views are spectacular from every angle! There is a built-in BBQ/braai on the main deck as well as outdoor seating for those balmy evenings. A Morso fireplace (slow combusting enclosed wood burner ) is available for your use on colder nights. It is very effective and will heat the house in a few hours.

The kitchen is well equipped for 8 plus people with all the necessary gadgets and appliances for cooking, as well as a state of the art Bosch coffee machine. The laundry and scullery area provide a washing machine, tumble drier and dish washer.

DSTV Explorer is available; the house is secure having both internal PIR's and external beams; there is a safe for valuables; the property is serviced 5 - 6 days a week.

Knysna has become a very sought after holiday destination - it is a beautiful town which offers a large variety of activities including waterfront entertainment, beautiful beaches, fishing, golf courses, farmers' markets, craft markets, forests and valley walks.
